The website does not add enquiry details to a marketing mailing list.

Unsuccessful or general enquiries are normally retained for no longer than 24 months so that previous discussions can be understood. Records connected with quotations, bookings, payments, disputes or legal obligations may need to be retained for longer.

Information should be deleted sooner where it is no longer needed and there is no legal or operational reason to keep it.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures should be used to protect enquiry information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
